The tank body of cement bulk trailers is fabricated from AG620JJ high-manganese ultra-high strength automotive steel, while the chassis adopts T700 high-strength steel. The yield strength of the materials exceeds 620MPa and tensile strength surpasses 700MPa, delivering reliable resistance to high pressure and turbulent flow impact.

Advanced welding techniques are applied to our cement bulk trailer tanks, featuring single-side welding with double-sided forming. Weld joints are firmer and smoother with zero risk of weld cracking, granting the tank a service life of over 10 years.
Our cement bulk trailers adopt an optimized latest V-type internal structure with a maximum inclination angle of 18°. We have upgraded the internal air intake and discharge pipeline layout. It only takes 40 minutes to fully unload 35 cubic meters of cement, cutting discharge time by 10 minutes compared to conventional designs.
The entire trailer undergoes powder coating finish. This coating features strong adhesion, high color saturation and attractive appearance, alongside superior anti-corrosion performance. Its cost is two to three times that of ordinary acid paint, and no peeling occurs within more than five years of operation.
